Welcome to PT Whiteboard, LLC doing business as Honest Work Fitness (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, Honest Work Fitness virtual training programs, educational material and courses, nutritional advice and services (“Services”) featuring David Brelinski, his guests and coaches. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

By accessing and using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

The physical training programs and nutritional advice provided by Honest Work Fitness are for informational purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PT Whiteboard, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
In short, you may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without the express written permission of PT Whiteboard, LLC. or David Brelinski. It cannot be reproduced, regenerated or taken for commercial use without the express written consent of PT Whiteboard, LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, the training and workouts provided on Honest Work Fitness dot com, TrainHeroic, educational videos, workout descriptions, blog posts and website content. This also includes, without limitation, all database rights, and rights to designs and logos, and all other intellectual or industrial property rights in any jurisdiction in any information, content, materials, data or processes.
All rights of PT Whiteboard, LLC, in such Intellectual Property Rights, are hereby reserved. Basically, don’t steal our content and try to pass it off as you own or use it for your commercial gym and posting it on your website.
Payment and Subscription:
Many of our Services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of our Services.
All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
