All about war eagle

  • Objective

    A functional fitness program with more hypertrophy (muscle building) training than you’ve seen in similar programs. Get fit AND look fit. Build strength, become more powerful/explosive, build your cardio and work capacity all while packing on muscle.

    This is a do-it-all plan to help you take on life and look your best.

  • Frequency & Duration

    5 days per week.

    45 - 75 minutes.

    Ongoing training for the duration of your membership.

  • Skill level

    Intermediate to advanced.

    The most advanced movements you’ll see are power cleans and its variations like hang power cleans or hang clean high pulls. All exercises come with a video demo.

  • Required equipment

    Full functional gym equipment. Specifically, barbell, weight plates, squat rack, adjustable bench, pull-up bar, full dumbbell set, full kettlebell set, wall ball/medicine ball, cardio equipment.
